FreeGoTV Terms of Service
These terms set out what you can expect from FreeGoTV and what we expect from you. They are written to be read, not skipped.

1. About these terms
By using this website or sending us a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. What FreeGoTV provides
FreeGoTV provides subscription management, configuration and setup assistance. We do not host, produce, record, broadcast or control media content, and we are not affiliated with any broadcaster, studio or rights holder.
3. Requests and confirmation
Submitting a form is a request, not a completed purchase. A subscription begins only once our team confirms it with you. We may decline a request without giving a reason.
4. Pricing
Prices depend on the duration and the number of connections you choose. The total shown to you is recalculated by our servers before any confirmation, and that server-side figure is the one that applies. Prices may change for future subscriptions; a change never alters a subscription already confirmed.
5. Connections
The number of connections on your plan is the number of screens that may watch at the same time. Exceeding it may interrupt your service. If you need more screens, ask us to change your plan.
6. Free trials
Trials are prepared manually, are limited in duration, and are offered once per household at our discretion. They exist so you can evaluate the service, and they carry no obligation on either side.
7. Acceptable use
Your subscription is for personal, private use. Reselling, publicly redistributing, rebroadcasting or sharing your credentials outside your household is not permitted and may result in termination without refund.
8. Adult content
Adult categories are disabled unless you explicitly ask for them. If you enable them you confirm that you are of legal age where you live and that you are responsible for controlling access in your household.
9. Support and availability
We provide support by email, WhatsApp and live chat and we aim to answer quickly. Delivery depends on your internet connection, your device and networks outside our control, so we cannot promise uninterrupted service and we make no uptime guarantee.
10. Liability, changes and contact
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription concerned. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Questions go to freegotv.com@gmail.com.
